Meta will launch digital clothing store allow users to buy designer designs for their avatars costumes
Facebook parent company Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced Friday that the company will launch a digital clothing store that will let users purchase designer designs for their avatar costumes.

Virtual clothes designed by fashion brands Balenciaga, Prada, and Thom Browne will be the first to go on sale, Zuckerberg said in a live video with Instagram fashion executives.
Zuckerberg said he wants to make the store an open marketplace where developers can create and sell a wide variety of digital clothing.
