Fixed a known issue that may prevent some users from opening or using some built-in Windows applications or parts of some built-in applications. This problem occurs because the Microsoft digital certificate expired on October 31, 2021. This issue may affect the following applications:

Screenshot tool, touch keyboard, voice input and emoji panel, input method editor user interface (IME UI), getting started, and tips

Fixed a known issue that prevented the Start menu and Settings application from opening as expected (S mode only).
