Microsoft has introduced a redesigned dictation toolbar for several Office applications, allowing users to focus more on their content, the new dictation toolbar has a more responsive user interface and a better appearance.

Moreover, the new dictation toolbar is smaller and its position in the ribbon has also changed, being moved to the side of the screen instead of the previous middle position. But if the user doesn’t like seeing it on the side, they can also move it to the center and go back to the previous state.
Additionally, Microsoft has added responsive animations that provide visual feedback when detecting the user’s voice.
The redesigned Dictation toolbar is now available in the following Office applications:

OneNote for Windows and the Web
It’s worth mentioning that the new toolbar is now only available to Office Insiders, and it’s currently rolling out to Office Insiders running the following versions:
