MSI revealed ARMOR series of graphics cards

MSI once again launched the ARMOR (armored) series of graphics cards. The first product is Radeon RX 6600 ARMOR V1. This series is positioned at the entry-level and has never launched AMD RDNA architecture graphics cards before.

Due to the high default frequency of AMD RX 6600 GPU, the base frequency is 2044MHz, and the acceleration frequency can reach 2491MHz. Therefore, the official does not recommend the board manufacturer to overclock again.

The default frequency of this MSI product is the same as the official. The radiator of the graphics card is relatively simple and does not use a metal backplane, or a full package design, with dual fans and heat pipes.

Moreover, the appearance of this graphics card from MSI is very similar to the previous RX 6600 XT MECH 2X series products, with white circular plastic embellishments around the axial fan.

Furthermore, MSI Radeon RX 6600 ARMOR V1 is equipped with Navi 23 XL GPU, contains 1792 stream processors, is equipped with 8GB GDDR6 video memory, 32MB Infinity Cache unlimited cache. The graphics card adopts PCIe 4.0 interface, supports AMD SAM video memory outsmart function, FidelityFX oversampling function.

Besides, the performance of the graphics card is 23% higher than that of the RTX 2060 on average. AMD RX 6600 graphics card has low power consumption and TDP is only 132W, so a single 8-pin interface can meet the power supply requirements.

The official price of this graphics card starts at 2499 yuan, and the price of this graphics card from MSI has not been announced yet.
