Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 key specs leaked, shows custom ‘Phoenix’ core and TSMC 3nm process

While Android vendors continue to develop amazing handsets, Qualcomm carries on with introducing ultimate chipsets that can amplify the overall functioning of these handy gadgets. In the latest edition, Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor key specs have leaked, showing how the upcoming tech will power up flagship devices.

Revealed by the well-known Weibo tipster @DigitalChatStation, Qualcomm is planning to unveil its Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset in 2024. Further, the post reads that the company will switch over to its self-developed Nuvia CPU architecture and no longer rely on the ARM’s standard CPU designs.

Ahead, the leaked specs of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 highlight that the chip will feature custom ‘Phoenix’ cores and is likely to uproot over TSMC N3E (3nm) process technology. Besides, the octa-core setup will comprise 2 performance Phoenix cores and 6 Phoenix M cores.
