Telecom Italia wants to pull out of an alliance deal with Huawei
Huawei has been undergoing many hardships caused by the US-Sanction, it’s no more a secret that this Chinese Firm faced a huge decline in the annual revenue in the Chinese market as well in the overseas market.
Regarding this fact, it is believed that Huawei will no longer help the telecom company’s subsidiaries supply substantial amounts of assets and seek alliances between the two companies.
According to the latest news from a trusted agency, Telecom Italia has begun exploring ways to terminate Huawei’s 5G network supply contract. The Italian company has already sent a letter to Huawei about closing the business deal.

Well, both the companies haven’t left any comment reading voiding this agreement.
To be mentioned, Telecom Italia is one of the biggest European clients of Huawei, which provides telephony services, mobile services, and DSL data services. The company gave this contract agreement to Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia.
In case, if the Chinese firm will lose this contract, it will a bolt from the blue for the company and it may possible that Ericsson and Nokia will complete the further procedure.
Recently, the famous market agency Canalys and IDC both release the global smartphone shipment for the first quarter of 2021, which show that Huawei is facing a 50% of huge decline inside the Mainland.
