Tesla previously announced cooperation with AMD to bring AMD’s Ryzen APU to Model X and Model S cars. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that the performance of the car is equivalent to the PS5 game console.
According to the latest report, recently uploaded a video of disassembling the Tesla Model S Plaid in-vehicle system, bringing us a display of the internal structure of the vehicle.

From the disassembly, it can be confirmed that the Tesla car system uses a customized Ryzen embedded APU based on Zen1+ instead of the rumored Zen2-based chip. The chip number is “YE180FC3T4MFG”, which does not seem to match all existing products.
According to the report, the APU is a quad-core 45W APU with 0.5MB of L2 cache and 4MB of L3 cache. The model number indicates that it is a customized Ryzen V180F embedded chip, and “FG” means Picasso APU based on the updated Zen1 micro-architecture (called Zen+).
The system is equipped with an independent dedicated card based on the Navi 23 GPU, which may have 28 computing units (instead of the previously rumored 32), 1792 stream processors, and a clock frequency of about 2.8 GHz (not yet confirmed by Tesla). According to Musk, the GPU can provide performance similar to PS5, up to 10 TFLOPs processing power.
The complete parameters of the Tesla vehicle:
