With iPhone 14 series, Apple has conveyed many significant upgrades to its camera department, including more extensive and faster sensors, and better low-light performance. Also, a new Action mode offers advanced stabilization and promises smooth-looking results for video recordings.
Action mode is an inbuilt camera feature that is particularly built to make your adventure video look more professional. It is similar to Cinematic, Slow-mo and Time-lapse, you can even get Dolby Vision and HDR in this action mode, its advanced stabilization uses the entire camera sensor to provide shake-free videos.
Here’s how Apple described about Action Mode
“It uses the full sensor with more over scan and advanced roll correction to make video look incredibly stable when you’re in the middle of the action. Simply toggle it on for great-looking, smooth video without having to carry extra gear like a gimble. It also supports Dolby Vision HDR.”
Action mode can simply replace your GoPro as it’s a super-enhanced stabilization mode, which is greatly used at the time of recording video. Notably, Action Mode isn’t the only new camera feature coming with the all-new iPhone 14 series, but there is a Photonic Engine too which is designed to improve lower light performance.
