If you are using a Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S9, or another Samsung smartphone with Android 10 or Android 9 Pie. If you are, you can follow the steps to update your phone’s software:
- Open Settings.
- Scroll and Tap Software update.
- Tap Download and install, if there is an update available, the phone will automatically start the download.
- If available, you can install the update right away by tapping Install now option or do it later tapping Schedule install.
- If you tap Schedule install, it will let you select a time for when the update will be installed.
For Samsung smartphones running Android Oreo/Android Nougat:
- Open Settings.
- Scroll and Tap Software update.
- Tap Download and install, if there is an update available, the phone will automatically start the download.
- To use schedule software updates, just tap the toggle for Scheduled software updates.
