Samsung One UI provides some additional functionalities which make the user experience more fun and secure. Today we are discussing one such feature in Samsung Kids. With Android 12-based One UI 4.1, Samsung Kids Mode gets more new features and customization options.

It now has an adjustable background and app collection. Also, this is a parental control feature, so parents can set a time limit for each app on a day-to-day basis. In addition, parents check detailed information on mobile activities of their children for the day and month.

If you enable this feature for your kids, it will change the entire UI of your device and show you downloadable games and content. Parents can adjust the feature to allow or remove certain permissions, edit the home screen, visualize screen time, and more.

One UI 4.1 Tip: How to setup Kids Mode on your Samsung Smartphone;

To enable the Samsung Kids mode, firstly, drag down to open the Quick Panel. From here, tap on the Samsung Kids icon on the Quick panel, then tap Next on the Samsung Kids welcome page. From there, enter a Kids Home Pin (the default pin is 0000). Tap the top-right menu button to set limits on daily playtime and the apps and contacts your child can access and you’re all set.

How to exit Samsung Kids Mode:

To exit Kids Home, touch More Options, and then touch Close Kids Home. Enter your PIN; Kids Home will automatically close.

Moreover, this feature helps your child will be able to learn fun games like block coding, drawing, making music, and much more. With Kids Home, you can also set a time limit, control permissions, and view usage reports so you know what your child is learning.
