Android 14 is an ultimate offering for consumers but a new report claims that the update has made Android Auto even worse to use. In recent times, several users complained about abnormal functioning and connectivity issues after installing the latest operating system.
The bug report further states that with Android 14, the Android Auto music had broken which ultimately cut out the audio in the middle of the drive. On the flip side, the update has ruptured the navigation, making it difficult to control the GPS connection.
Here is what a user said on the official Google forum:
“After updating to Android 14 there are major issues with Android Auto.
Generally, it disconnects from the car within a few minutes and tries to reconnect, the reconnect rarely works and the only way to get it working is to restart either the stereo or phone.
Also, issues when it stays connected, songs/audio cuts out randomly and resumes after about 10 seconds.”
It’s unclear when the US tech giant will pay attention to these matters and how much time will it take to fix these problems. Although we hope that Google will initiate a solution in the time ahead.
