OnePlus has begun rolling out the Android 14 beta 2 for OnePlus 11 smartphone across the globe and here is how you can download the latest firmware. It is a perfect chance to jump on board and enjoy some new changes before the stable release of the major software upgrade.
Before we proceed, it is worth mentioning that the update is best suited for developers and other advanced users. A primary aim to push this build is to provide access to Android 14 to app developers so that they can create even better software experiences for general consumers.
Hence, if you are the one who doesn’t have much knowledge in the software development field then it is better to keep patience and wait for the stable versions. Or else, the installation process may brick your device. Meanwhile, those who are installing the update should have a minimum of 30% battery and 4GB of storage space. Also, do not forget to take a backup of important files beforehand.
Note: Carrier version devices (T-mobile/Verizon) aren’t compatible with the beta builds.

How to Upgrade? (EU & IN Versions)
- Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
- Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone storage.
Go to Settings > About device > Version - Click Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in the developer mode.
- Go back to Settings > About device > Up to date > Click the top right button > Local install
- Click on the corresponding installation package > Extract > Upgrade > System upgrade completed to 100%.
- After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
- Update successful.

- Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
- Copy the Upgrade package to the phone storage.
- Install this APK. You’ll need it to update. Then, open the app > tap the top right gear icon > find the upgrade package and tap it > wait to finish the installation > tap reboot
- After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
- Update successful.
