April 2024 update brings Samsung Wallet Mobile ID support for Galaxy S22 in Korea
The Korean tech giant has recently released a new update for Galaxy S22 devices, which brings the April 2024 security patch and adds Samsung Wallet Mobile ID support in Korea. While the consumers of the Galaxy S22 series are eagerly waiting to acquire the offerings of One UI 6.1 update and Galaxy AI.

Going with the current phase, with this addition of Samsung Wallet Mobile ID users can simply use their Galaxy S22 devices to access their identification cards. Yes, you can now save a government-issued mobile driver’s license and national veteran registration card on and use them as your official identity.
This saves your time, and effort, provides a hassle-free experience by eliminating the need to carry multiple cards, and adds an extra layer of security. But remember that, IC cards with a Mobile ID icon will only be added to the Samsung Wallet App of your Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra devices.
In addition to this, the update also applies the Google Security patch to maintain the device’s reliability. While the April 2024 security patch will ensure boosted performance, fixes for common bugs and glitches, hassle-free interpretation, and an overall optimized experience.

Consequently, the owners of Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra will be able to determine the April 2024 security patch through firmware versions S901NKSU3DXD3, S906NKSU3DXD3, and S908NKSU3DXD3 respectively in South Korea.
To enjoy the offerings of this new addition and experience a more protected and seamless interpretation of the device, users will need to install a 420MB package. And you can do this via Settings > Software Update > Download & Install.
