August 2023 MIUI update now available for POCO C51

Xiaomi is rolling out a new MIUI update for the POCO C51 devices, which brings the latest August 2023 Android security patch with better security and stability. Notably, it’s an initial rollout and the update is currently live in Russia, therefore, the company will soon expand the reach of the patch to more market users.

As per the information, the consumers of POCO C51 will be able to identify the August 2023 update via the MIUI build version V14.0.7.0.TGORUXM. Additionally, the patch includes an installation package of 1.5GB, thus make sure to opt for a stable Wi-Fi connection over regular data.

By incorporating the latest security protocols, Xiaomi aims to provide users with peace of mind, allowing them to operate their devices without concerns about data breaches or malware. The patch will further provide increased security, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure.

How to download the update manually 

Visit the Settings app on your phone, now click on the About Phone menu and select System Update. Here, press on the MIUI version and look for the latest build, once you find it, simply hit the Download & Install key.
