Xiaomi is rolling out a new MIUI update for the Redmi Note 12 Pro smartphone, which installs the latest August 2023 Android security patch with some system optimizations and bug fixes. However, the update is currently available in Turkey and will expand to more users in the coming days.
According to the information, the consumers of Redmi Note 12 Pro will be able to determine the August 2023 security update through the MIUI build version V14.0.1.0.TMOTRXM. Simultaneously, the fixes and improvements of the latest patch are included in a massive installation package of 4.4GB.
However, the update is rolling out through OTA (over-the-air) method. Thus, it may take some time to cover all the eligible units in the country. If you don’t want to wait, then go with the manual installation process through Settings > About Phone > System Updates > Download & Install.
