Huawei is rolling out a major OS update to the Huawei P30 Lite users in India. It brings a stable EMUI 10.0 and Android 10 OS update. It comes with the December 2019 security patch.

Software version:

• Huawei P30 Lite: EMUI 10.0.0.160 (C675E9R1P3)

Availability:

This update is currently available in India, for beta (676MB) and non-beta (3.93GB) users. It is already available in more regions. You can read about EMUI 10 here.

How to update:

Via Settings:

1. Open Settings
2. Click on ‘System & updates’
3. Click on ‘Software update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’

Via HiCare:

1. Open HiCare app
2. Click on ‘Services’ tab
3. Click on ‘Update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’
