Android 10-based EMUI 10 update is rolling out for Huawei P20 Pro (model number CLT-L04) on Telus in Canada. The software version of this update is EMUI 10.0.0.172 (C792E8R1P4).
August 26, 2020:
Huawei Mate 20 Pro is getting an Android 10-based EMUI 10.1 update in India. The firmware version of this update is EMUI 10.1.0.291 upgrading from EMUI 10.0.0.234. Users will have to download a 4.80GB software package size.
August 24, 2020:
Huawei is rolling out an Android 10 based-EMUI10.1 update for Huawei P30 Pro users in India. It comes with the software version EMUI 10.1.0.146 and an update package size of 4.69GB.
August 14, 2020:
Huawei Mate Xs and Nova 5T are getting the EMUI 10.1 update in West Europe. According to Company’s upgrade plan, the Russian and Central Asian Nova 5T variants will get this update by August-end.
August 13, 2020:
Huawei has confirmed that the EMUI 10.1 update will be released for Huawei Mate 20 Pro in Canada. The company has not given a specific date for release, but users should expect to receive it within the next few weeks.

Android 10-based EMUI 10.1 update is releasing for Huawei Mate 20 Pro in Canada. However, there’s no official announcement but this information is according to some carrier OS schedules.
August 4, 2020:
Huawei P20, P20 Pro and P30 Lite users will soon receive Android 10-based EMUI 10 updates with Canadian-Bell network operator units, according to Bell Support on Twitter.

Canadian’s Huawei Mate 20 Pro will soon get a w update in the coming week and it is also expected to bring the EMUI 10.1.

May 12, 2020: Huawei Mate 20 series gets second EMUI 10.1 beta with new AOD, Dark mode and more – EMUI 10.1.0.135
Now Huawei has released the second beta build EMUI 10.1 for Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 RS, Mate 20 X 4G, Mate 20 X 5G. The update adds Split-screen mode, new AOD theme, Multi-device control panel to manage connected devices, and dark mode improvements. Read more here.

Split-Screen:
Just slide-in from either side of the screen and stay to access the app dock. Apps inside the sidebar can be dragged across the screen to initiate Multi-Window. Images, text, and even files can be dragged from one app to another.
Floating Window allows users to perform basic tasks such as responding to text messages without exiting the active full-screen app, so users can stay focused on their tasks at hand.
Always On Display (AOD):
Adds the new Kingfisher Micro-Stereoscopic clock style to the Always-on Display (AOD) to create a 3D depth of field. Open Settings > Home screen & wallpaper > Always On Display.
Multi-Device Control Panel:
Allows you to connect to your devices more easily by using the Multi-Device Control Panel, such as when connecting to your audio input or output device during music and video playback. Swipe up from the left or right of the bottom edge when the screen is unlocked to access the Multi-Device Control Panel. Go to Settings> More connections> Multi-Device Collaboration to try it out.
Dark Mode:
Adds dark mode support for more third-party applications.
