Huawei P Smart 2019 is getting the March 2020 security patch with EMUI 10.0.0.179 and 112 MB in the package size (via Huawei Central).

Since last December, Huawei P Smart 2019 started receiving EMUI 10, which expanded widely in January. The EMUI 10 OTA for P Smart 2019 comes with December 2019 security and now being upgraded with the latest update.
According to the information, Huawei P smart 2019 users receiving March 2020 EMUI security update including Google security patches. Fixing 2 critical and 20 high levels of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE).
Note: The update is rolling out in batches so it may take some time/days to reach your phone.
