Huawei releasing a new software update for MatePad T8 tablet that comes with EMUI 10.1 version 10.1.0.206 and an update package size of 132MB. The update installs February 2022 security update for this large tablet and brings better security improvements for your Huawei MatePad T8 model.

The February 2022 security patch update doesn’t bring any other important improvements to the tablet. Huawei MatePad T8 currently runs EMUI 10.1 operating system, yet the tablet has not been upgraded with EMUI 11 onboard.
This update is just a regular monthly OTA rollout and your download it via the Settings menu and then follow the tap on System & updates, then tapping on the Software updates, followed by the on-screen instruction to complete this task.
However, you should know that you can keep some precautions before hopping on this software rollout such as keeping sufficient space to download this OTA package and charging your device to an optimum level of battery life.
