Samsung Galaxy A50 is getting a new software update and it brings a fix for the serious issue. It brings a fix for the fingerprint issue, which introduced in the last software update. The device owners can now register new fingerprint details.
It is also getting the December 2019 security patch. The software version of this update is A505FDDU3ASKA.
Note: For a better recognition, we recommend that you remove your fingerprints and register them again.
If you want to check for the update manually, you can do this by heading into the Setting -> System -> System updates -> Download and install.
