Galaxy Note 20 is getting a new software update with camera performance improvement

Samsung started rolling out a new software update with September 2020 security patch to the Galaxy Note 20 series in European countries last week, but the company is now rolling out a new update with some performance improvements in other regions.

According to the changelog, the Galaxy Note 20 series is receiving the September 2020 security patch along with improvements to the Messages and Camera apps. This update is currently rolling out in Korea and some other regions.

The software versions are N981NKSU1ATI2 and N986NKSU1ATI2 for the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20+ respectively.

Samsung is likely to start the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 public beta program for the Galaxy Note 20 series by early next month.

If you want to download the update manually, just open the device Settings app and go for the Software update menu and tap on the Download and install option.
