Posted on

Samsung rolled out the September 2022 security update for Galaxy Note 20 series phones a few days ago. Although the official changelog only mentioned security and stability enhancements, there’s also a new feature drop – Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra now gets Telephoto Camera support in Pro mode.

Samsung community members have already announced that Expert RAW camera support is coming to Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphone this month. However, ahead of this, the company is bringing a notable camera feature to the customers in order to offer the next-level photography experience.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will now allow you to capture enhanced shots through the Telephoto Camera using the Pro mode, while previously it was only available through primary and ultrawide angle cameras.

You can now adjust the exposure value, focus, ISO, shutter speed, and white balance settings to accommodate different lighting conditions while shooting images and videos with your Galaxy Note 20 Ultra’s Telephoto camera.

Moving ahead, while the official September 2022 patch update for the Galaxy Note 20 didn’t mention anything about the new feature, the Samsung camera in charge has confirmed it saying the feature has appeared as the device is getting ready for the Expert RAW camera app.

It’s worth mentioning that Expert RAW is one of the best camera applications for any flagship Galaxy smartphone. It has so many advanced features that you will love using on your Note 20 Ultra, whereas, its recent update that brings ‘Custom preset’ and ‘Save picture as’ features make it more impressive.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, on the other hand, is completely anticipatory to install the Expert RAW. The device comes with a large 108MP primary camera, which is compatible with PDAF, Laser autofocus, and optical image stabilization.

It further features a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 12MP periscope telephoto camera which offer you great imaging quality.
