Recently, Samsung released the latest security update to the Galaxy S20 FE smartphone users in South Korea for enhanced system security. Now, the international variants of the Galaxy S20 FE have started getting the October 2021 security patch through a new firmware update in Europe.
You can identify this update via PDA release number – G781BXXS4CUI1, the latest Galaxy S20 FE software update has started to roll out from Italy and gradually expanding to more markets across Europe. To be mentioned, the company didn’t release the October 2021 security patch details so far, while it’s expected to release this week.
Digital Key
Along with the October 2021 update, Samsung released a new feature called Digital Key for the Galaxy S20 FE consumers in South Korea, while it’s not available for users in Europe. The newly added feature lets select flagship Galaxy smartphone users operate some functionalities of cars with the help of UWB.
Galaxy S20 FE Android 12
For the Galaxy S21 series, Samsung began the Android 12-based One UI 4 Beta program in South Korea, the US, and Germany. Aside from these markets, the Beta program will be available in India, Poland, UK, and China as well, meanwhile, the Galaxy S20 FE owners might not get the chance for Beta activity.
