Samsung has pushed a new update for Galaxy Z Flip 4 devices, which installs the latest April 2024 security patch and adds support for Samsung Wallet Mobile-ID. Accordingly, the update is live in South Korea at the moment, however, it will expand to more region users in the coming days.

With the integration of Samsung Wallet Mobile ID, the owners of Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphones can now carry identification documents digitally, eliminating the need for physical cards and documents. It will let consumers add an IC card with a mobile ID icon to provide an optimized experience.
This feature will allow users to store and access various forms of identification, such as driver’s licenses, and national IDs, all within the Samsung Wallet app on Galaxy Z Flip 4 device.
In addition to the support of Samsung Wallet Mobile ID, the April 2024 update also brings some security improvements, to offer users an more safe and protected interpretation. It will also resolve dozens of CVE and SVE items to maintain the reliability of your fourth-generation clamshell device.

Furthermore, the April 2024 update for Galaxy Z Flip 4 has arrived with a One UI build version F721NKSU2EXD2, and its offerings are collected in a 422.21MB package. So if you are a Galaxy Z Flip 4 operator in South Korea, then check and install the latest update manually by following some simple steps.
- Open Settings app
- Tap on the Software Update menu
- Press the Download & Install button
