Google announced that Pixel At a glance will soon be displaying AQI (Air Quality Index) Alerts. Apart from this, Flashlight Control and Nest Doorbell are the two new additions, that have made the space in the At a Glance.
Pixel At a Glance AQI Alerts
According to the reports, It will display as a small dot along with the AQI value that ranges from 0 to 500. Followed by the temperature, Day, and date. If the conditions are “Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups”, it will appear in orange or higher color. The color will remain orange until the Air Quality doesn’t improve to Moderate(It will appear in yellow). Whereas, users might not be able to see the dot turning green, because this feature is more likely to alert about the air quality.

Just like other features of At a Glance, there is no option to enable or disable Air Quality Alerts. As per Google, this feature is available in several countries like- Australia, India, and United States. Furthermore, AQI is also available on Google Maps and various other devices.
Additional Information
Google is also adding a ridesharing service to At a Glance Widget. This feature will display the distance of your pick-up location to the drop location. It can be also seen from the Lock screen. Furthermore, Google is also planning to add Food Delivery Services, which will show the status of your parcel.
