The feature doesn’t have any accurate use yet it was considered one of the amazing additions to OnePlus devices. However, for some unknown reasons or upgrade incompatibility, the company removed the interesting pinch from the respective app in the latest OxygenOS 13.
But luckily, a OnePlus Nord CE user got the right hit. As per the input revealings, the user initially tried to get the old calculator APK. Thereafter, he edit the codebase and reinstalled the application. Ultimately, the entire process results in the success of Calculator Easter Egg.
Further, the user also said that he could provide the APK file or link via Google Drive if someone wants the same.
“I literally had to get the old calculator APK, edit the codebase, and reinstall it. Now it works. If anyone wants the APK I will upload it to Google Drive and provide the link.”
Notably, this trick can also work for other Android phones. Thus, interested users who have knowledge about the codebase can try the process to check out the amazing easter egg on their calculator app.
It’s worth mentioning that there are no official changes in the changelog of OxygenOS 13 for the easter egg. Perhaps, we hope that the company will consider this element and bring it back with OxygenOS 13.1 or with the major Android 14 upgrade.
