Honor Band 5 is receiving September 2020 update (Version 1.1.0.162)

Honor Band 5 is now getting the latest software update, which brings new optimization to user experience with firmware version 1.1.0.162.

Previously, the August 2020 update also optimized user experience with firmware version 1.1.0.160.

Version:

  • Honor Band 5 upgraded to 1.1.0.162

Update size:

  • Size: 80.46KB

Points to remember before update:

  1. Keep the battery level of the band at least 20%.
  2. The upgrade time is about 10 min, keep patience.
  3. The device should not get disconnect during the installation of the update.
  4. If the upgrade fails, try again.

UPDATE INSTRUCTION:

  1. Connect your device with the phone.
  2. Using your phone open the Huawei Health app.
  3. Select a device or device name.
  4. Tap on the firmware update.
  5.  Follow the instruction appears on the screen to update.
  6. After download completion, install it on your band.
