Huawei Mate 40 series receiving new update with optimization for camera, display and more
Huawei is sending the second software update for the Huawei Mate 40 series. This update mainly brings optimizations for display, camera, and system for better system performance.
Previously, the first software update for the Huawei Mate 40 series features a new always-on-display (AOD), improvements for the camera, audio and optimizes system stability.

POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE UPDATE:
- The update will not erase any data
- It may take some time to reach your device
- Maintain enough storage and battery
- If possible, connect to WiFi
UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:
Through Setting:
- Open Settings on your device
- Click on system & updates
- Click on the software update
- Check for updates
- Click on the download button
- Install updates
- After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen
- Reboot the device
Through Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device
- If not installed, download it from the play store
- Open service tab
- Tap on update
- Check for updates
- Click on the download button
- Install updates
- After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen
