Huawei Watch GT 2 received new optimization firmware update

Huawei has recently released a new firmware update for Huawei Watch GT 2 smartwatch launched in the global market. The Watch GT 2 is one of the most popular smartwatches of Huawei mainly in terms of performance.

According to info. Huawei Watch GT 2 11.0.15.10 firmware update is rolling out with a regular update size of 80.34 Megabytes. As per the changelog, it contains optimizations for sleep tracking function and system stability to provide an improved user experience.

Aside from this, Huawei Watch GT 2’s Chinese counterpart has already grabbed two software updates in March 2022. These updates brought support for more third-party apps, added screen lock, sunrise and sunset display, and much more.

Currently, the Huawei Watch GT 2 new watch update is expanding in batches and may take one-two weeks to reach you. So if you have received the latest update you can download and install it.

How to update:

Open the Huawei Health app on the corresponding Huawei smartphone. From here, go to the connected device section and find your devices. Now, tap on the device and select your watch name and proceed towards the update sections. To download and install the update, follow on-screen instructions.

But, you should remember both the phone and smartwatch must be charged 30% and above and the Bluetooth connection should be stable. If the update fails, try again. Also, the update process may consume some time so don’t be in hurry.
