POCO F2 Pro MIUI Software Update: Gets June 2022 security update

Xiaomi rollout of the new software update to Poco F2 Pro smartphone users. This update brings the latest June 2022 Android security update. The update rolling out to the global market and is currently only available for pilot testers and is expected to be available to the public in the next few days.

The POCO F2 Pro June 2022 security update comes with the updated MIUI build number V13.0.2.0.SJKMIXM. As you see in the changelog attached below, this update only brings the latest security patches and has nothing in terms of new features.

Updated Android Security Patch to June 2022. Increased system security.

UPDATE 1: March 01 (05:25 ET) – January 2022 security patch released for POCO F2 Pro

Poco F2 Pro smartphone users running their Poco device on EEA and Global Rom are now receiving January 2022 security patch. Meanwhile, it is now well-prepared to sail on the MIUI 13 interface rooted on Android 12 OS.

The users with EEA ROM are receiving the security patch with version V12.5.5.0.RJKEUXM. This update carries a package size of 5.3GB. Whereas, the Global ROM users can identify the security update with build number V12.5.6.0.RJKMIXM along with a size that weighs up to 5.2 Gigabytes.

January 2022 security update changelog doesn’t describe any special effect in the device. The exception remains limited for the updated security patch that gives more stable core management to the smartphone.

POCO F2 Pro Furthermore, MIUI 12.5 brings various features loaded with Android 11 implementations. It is a lighter, faster, and durable version of the software that delivers a fine texture to the internal system. As a result, it becomes more comprehensive and responsive to the user’s commands.
