Xiaomi is releasing a new software update for Redmi 9 and Redmi 9A/AT users, which installs the latest Android patch released in June 2021 for system security improvements.

Currently, the new update is rolling out for Redmi 9 in India and Redmi 9A/9AT in Europe. Apart from the security patch, the update doesn’t bring any new features or changes.
