Microsoft pushed the Office Build 14029.10000 preview version on May 7 to fix a number of key issues that may cause crashes.
The Microsoft Office Beta channel releases a preview every week. The last update also fixed the problem that may cause Excel to crash when pasting special formats.

If you want to update the Microsoft Office Insider Preview, you can open any Office software, go to File→Account→Update, and select Update now.
