MIUI 14 (Android 13) update for Redmi Note 11 now live in India

Posted on

The Android 13-based MIUI 14 major software update is now live for Redmi Note 11 devices in India. This new version of MIUI uses less memory and is more swift and reliable as compared to the previous upgrade. It also brings several new features and improvements to enhance the user experience.

The MIUI 14 update for the Redmi Note 11 devices has arrived with V14.0.1.0.TGCINXM build version in India. It also carries a giant software package that weighs up to 5.0 Gigabytes. Hence, the corresponding device owners must opt for a stable Wi-Fi connection over regular mobile data.

Some of the key highlights of the latest software are reimagined home screen, tabular icons, bigger folders, a new set of wallpapers, and more. In addition, the update also brings the Android security patch released in June 2023, for optimized security and better stability of the device.

However, the Chinese tech maker will expand the reach of the software to more region users in the coming days or weeks. Simultaneously, the update is rolling out through the OTA (over the air) method in the country, as a result, it will take a little sum of time to get available for every unit.

If you don’t want to wait for the OTA, then download the update manually by following some simple steps. Open the Settings app on your phone, and tap on the About phone option. Now, click on System Updates, and press the MIUI version, let the system fetch a new version. Once done, hit Download & Install tab.
