MIUI 14 for Redmi 12C is around the corner, testing completes

Xiaomi fans are eagerly waiting to experience the functionalities of the Android 14-based MIUI 15 software on their handy gadgets. Nevertheless, some smartphone users like Redmi 12C are still unable to enjoy the features and elements of MIUI 14 based on Android 13.

But now it seems like the wait is coming to an end, as the firm has now finally completed the development of the MIUI 14 software for the Redmi 12C devices, and shared the last internal build for Europe and Global regions, which will be available for users in the coming weeks.

The MIUI 14 update for Redmi 12C devices will be based on the Android 13 operating system, and it will bring a significant improvement and various elements which will take the user’s experience to a new level and make the Redmi 12C smoother, reliable, and better than before.

As per the details, the last internal MIUI builds for Redmi 12C is MIUI-V14.0.1.0.TCVMIXM and V14.0.1.0.TCVEUXM. Simultaneously, the update is currently prepared for the Redmi 12C users in Global and European markets, whereas, the remaining market users will also obtain it soon.

FYI, the Chinese tech giant has released a beta version of Android 14 for some of its newly released devices. But the company is also testing out the MIUI 14 software for some of the remaining eligible devices, and there are various smartphones still waiting in the queue to obtain the software.

So, the consumers of the Redmi 12C smartphone will be able to enjoy the functionalities and optimizations of the latest software at the end of June. Also, the update will first be released for the Pilot testers, and once after ensuring its stability and accuracy the company will roll out the software widely.

Redmi 12C is known as one of the best performance devices in the budget price segment and was launched in 2022. It comes out of the box with Android 12-based MIUI 13. The smartphone features a 6.73-inch IPS LCD display, a MediaTek Helio G85 SOC, and a 5000mAh battery.
