According to the latest information, Xiaomi has delayed the MIUI 12 beta update for Xiaomi Mi 9, Mi 9 Pro 5G, and Redmi K20 Pro devices. This update postponed due to some stability issues.

Users of these Xiaomi phones will get the latest version soon but they will skip the changes that come with version 20.8.13. However, the latest beta ROM isn’t bringing any major new features or improvements.
The 20.8.14 update brings some bug fixes for these devices. You can check the changelog for the MIUI 12 update version 20.8.14.
Status Bar, notification bar
- Fix the problem that there is no Gaussian blur in the notification bar drop-down.
- Fixed some notification icons not displayed in the native style.
However, if you are waiting for both of these bugs to be fixed, it seems that this wait will continue. Certainly, once the beta form for devices improves, we can expect them to be released in stable ROM for these devices.
