According to the latest report, users of Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S are facing some issues with their current MIUI 11. A group of users has reported a few annoying issues with their devices.
Redmi Note 9S users reported the device’s built-in Mi Video app bugs. The application often crashes, making any viewing experience very frustrating. Basically the troubleshooting process includes clearing app data and force-stopping the app yield little in relief to affected users.

Another issue reported by users of Redmi Note 9S is that the way device receives notifications. Some users have reported missing notifications due to not having hit their devices on time. The notification comes only after the device is unlocked. Despite this, properly set the power saving setting to allow notifications.

- Download and install USB driver.
- Download and install Minimal ADB.
- Enable developer mode.
- Go to the folder where ADB is installed, hold down the Shift key, right-click on the keyboard and choose “Open a command window here”.
- Execute this command in shell: adb shell dumpsys deviceidle disable.
