As per the information, the stable version of MIUI 13 is expected to release on December 28. Although it is not officially confirmed but we can take this information as a pinch of salt.
Now, the latest information reveals the first batch of Xiaomi devices that will receive Android 12 based MIUI 13 updates in more regions. However, MIUI 13 Global may launch on the same day as MIUI 13 in China or a month after its launch in China.

In the above version, you can clearly see that all the devices are testing the MIUI 13 build. Because at the beginning of these builds, ‘V’ means the flagship MIUI version and V13 shows MIUI 13.
Moving on to the next two digits, build version 1.0 shows that the update is ready for release, and 0.0.5 means it is not ready.
