Xiaomi has kicked off a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version 21.9.3 /21.9.4 in China. The new update brings some optimizations and fixes to enhance the device performance as well as the user’s experience.

MIUI 12.5 beta update optimizes novel performance and enhances the reading experience. It also fixes the issue where after long-pressing a single notification, clicking “More Settings” could not jump to the settings page, the overlap between air quality and precipitation probability modules in large font mode.
Currently, the new update is only available for testers in China. You can check the updated changelog of this update mentioned below.

As MIX FOLD improves MIUI system application adaptability, it is compatible with more third-party applications and enhances the user experience. It is expected that the distribution will be suspended from August 16 to September 06, 2021.
Due to the major version upgrade of Android, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11, Redmi K40 Pro will be temporarily suspended from September 6, 2021.
