On 28 December last year, Xiaomi unveiled the newest version of the MIUI, MIUI 12.5 at the Mi 11 launch conference. It comes with a bunch of new features and optimizations to enhance the overall user experience.
Now, Xiaomi has officially rolled out a new MIUI 12.5 closed beta update with version 21.1.21 in China. The new beta update brings new features for system sound to enhance the experience.

As per the release notes, the MIUI 12.5 development version internal test will be stopped for Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, and Mi CC9e from April 24, 2021.

Mi 10 Pro, Mi 10, Mi 9, Redmi K20 Pro, Mi 9 Pro 5G are testing the system stability, the test results will be released soon. The new beta update is currently available for testers in China.
