Xiaomi is expanding February 2021 security patch for Redmi Note 8 Pro users globally. The software version of this update is V12.0.7.0.QGGMIXM and updated package size of 2.3GB.

Xiaomi is improving the system security of Redmi Note 8 Pro devices by installing the latest Android patch released in February 2021.

Currently, the update is rolling out for the European variants and soon it will expand in other regions. However, there’s no additional feature or change noted.
Recently, this device received December 2020 security patch to enhance the system security as well as optimizes system stability. The company already released the first MIUI 12.5 beta build for Redmi Note 8 Pro.
The new update comes with the MIUI 12 based version V12.0.4.0.QGGEUXM and users will have to download a 2.3GB software package to install the udpate. Below you can check the changelog and download link of the update.
