Xiaomi has started to rollout an Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 update for Redmi Note 9 Pro Max users in India. It comes with a bunch of new features and optimizations to enhance the device performance.

As per the mentioned changelog, the update optimizes the system stability and reduces system lag. However, the changelog doesn’t mention the features but the package size of this update is around 1GB.
