Xiaomi is rolling out October 2020 security update for Redmi 7A in India. The software version of this update is V11.0.3.0.QCMINXM. You can download the update form the link mentioned below.

The new update installs the latest Android patches to improve the system security. It is based on the MIUI 11 and rolling out via OTA.
