Xiaomi has started to rollout a new software update for Redmi 8 globally. This update comes with the latest September 2020 security update for system security enhancement.

This update installs the latest Android patch to improve system security. However, there’s no additional change or feature noted. Last month, Redmi 8 received the Android 10 update with the August 2020 security patch.
The firmware version of this update is V11.0.3.0.QCNMIXM for global variant of Redmi 8. Below you can check the download link and changelog of this update.
