After the initial rollout in the Global market, the Chinese tech firm is now extending the reach of the July 2023 security patch to more users of Xiaomi 11T Pro. These regular monthly updates aim at enhancing devices’ security and reliability for an optimized experience.
As per the details, the July 2023 security patch is rolling out for the Xiaomi 11T Pro device users living in Russia and it has arrived with V14.0.4.0.TKDRUXM MIUI version. it also carries a software package of 4.7GB. Hence, the corresponding device owners must opt for a stable Wi-Fi connection over regular mobile data.
Also, it’s an incremental rollout and will take some time to get available for every unit in the country. In case, if you don’t want to wait for the OTA, then install the patch by following some simple steps.
- Open Settings app
- Click on About Phone
- Tap on System Updates
- Press MIUI version
- Hit Download & Install
