Huawei is pushing the new update for Huawei MatePad T8, which installs the August 2020 security patch and added a new eBook mode to the device. This security update improves the system security and the eBook mode provides you a paper-like reading experience
Last Month, Huawei MediaPad T5 received the August 2020 security update running on EMUI 8.0. Still, users are waiting for EMUI 10.0.

UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:
Through Setting:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Click on system & updates.
- Click on the software update.
- Check for update
- Click on the download button.
- Install updates
- After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears on the screen.
- Reboot the device.
Through Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device.
- If not installed, download it from the Play store.
- Open service tab.
- Tap on update.
- Check for updates
- Click on the download button.
- Install updates
- After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears on the screen.
