In late December 2020, Xiaomi unveiled the newest version of the MIUI, MIUI 12.5 at the Mi 11 launch conference. It comes with a bunch of new features and optimizations to enhance the overall user experience.
Now, Xiaomi has officially rolled out a new MIUI 12.5 closed beta update with version 21.2.2 in China. The new beta update brings new features and optimization for a better experience.

According to the changelog, it added a new card background blur effect to Smart Assistant. This update also adds a smart charging feature to the system.
The new feature will know your charging and usage habits to extended battery life for charging. For example, at night, you need to charge the device longer. Below you check the changelog of this update.

Also, as system stability is being tested, Redmi K30 5G, Redmi K30i 5G, Xiaomi 10 Youth Edition, Xiaomi CC9 Pro, Redmi K30, Redmi 10X, Redmi 10X Pro, Redmi K30 Extreme Commemorative Edition, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi Note 8 Pro and Redmi Note 8 test results will be released later.
Redmi Note7, Redmi Note7 Pro, and Mi CC9e will stop internal beta testing of development versions from 24 April 2021.
