Samsung is distributing the features and optimizations of the latest One UI iteration along with the fixes of the current month’s security patch for all the eligible devices gradually. Meanwhile, the One UI 5.1.1 software update is now available for Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphone users in the US.
One UI 5.1.1 brings bundles of new offerings for your big-screen device including enhanced memory management in device care, private sharing to set time limits and prevent recipients from resharing files, more date/time styles for watermarks, and much more.
To prevent the devices from harmful threats, the latest software also installs the August 2023 Android security patch. However, the consumers of Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be able to identify One UI 5.1.1 update via the version F936USQU3DWH5 and F721USQU3DWH5 respectively in the US.
Consequently, the update is currently rolling out for locked units on the Verizon network and will expand to more network users in the coming days. To access the latest offerings, visit the Settings app and tap on the Software Update menu. Now, press the Download & Install key and follow the onscreen instructions.
