Samsung has already rolled out the One UI 2.1 update for the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 series in several regions, including the US. This update may reach to Canda very soon.
According to TELUS, a network carrier in Canada, the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 series are set to receive a new software update on April 13, 2020. This could be the latest security patch along with One UI 2.1.

The carrier doesn’t mention the package information, it is likely to bring some new features. But the carrier mentions that the next update will bring a new security patch, bug fixes, and optimizations.
