Samsung is rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy Note 9. The latest software update brings the October 2019 security patch.
The software version of this update is N960FXXS3CSI5. According to Sammobile, this update is currently available in Poland, France, Portugal, Serbia, Baltic, Romania, Bulgaria, and Switzerland.

This update is available over the air. IF you want to download it manually you can do this by heading to the Settings > Software update > Download and install.
