Earlier this month, Samsung brought the first Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Beta update to Galaxy S22 series phone. While it’s already time for the second One UI 5.0 Beta update, the company is delaying the release due to internal reasons.
Meanwhile, a Samsung moderator has recently unveiled that Samsung will soon publish the second One UI 5.0 Beta update, as per a report by SammyFans. Although he didn’t mention the time period, we might see it in late August or early September.

Additionally, the Samsung moderator also said that the One UI developers are trying to maintain the release interval, which is the reason for the delay. He told beta testers to understand that there may be changes depending on the situation.
Further, a trustable tipster revealed that 2nd beta version will come with new icons for some apps. These apps include Samsung Gallery, Camera, Messages, Contacts, and Phone.
Additionally, there will be new features, and improvements for the current ones as well as it will fix the bugs and instability that users are facing with the existing beta build.
One UI 5.0 Beta delayed in Asia:
Starting Germany, Samsung initiated the One UI 5.0 Beta 1 for Galaxy S22 series in South Korea and the United States. However, the other eligible countries such as India, China, Poland, and the UK are still waiting to join the beta program.
Recently, a Samsung community member reported that the company has delayed the One UI 5.0 beta release in China, Asia to August 25, it was originally scheduled for August 23. The update will be released around the same time period in India also.
